一牌一悟隐私政策

概要

本政策说明「一牌一悟」（下称“本应用”）如何处理数据。本应用本身不要求注册账号，抽牌记录和偏好默认保存在你的设备上；本应用主要通过 Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform（UMP）展示广告并在欧洲经济区（EEA）、英国和瑞士征求你的同意。通过 Apple App Store 购买的高级版由 Apple 处理支付，我们不接收你的完整支付卡信息。

数据控制者与联系方式

运营者：一牌一悟开发者。隐私、数据主体请求或本政策问题请通过公开 GitHub Issues 提交：yipaiyiwu-privacy-policy Issues。请不要在 Issue 中提交身份证件、精确位置或其他不必要的敏感信息。

我们处理的数据

本地数据

抽牌历史、偏好、界面语言等应用内容保存在设备本地。你卸载应用或清除应用数据后，这些数据会被删除。

广告与意见征求数据

本应用集成 Google AdMob、UMP、SKAdNetwork 和相关广告合作方。在适用法律允许的范围内，可能处理：

• 设备标识符、广告标识符和 SKAdNetwork 转换信息；
• 设备型号、操作系统、语言、时区和粗略网络信息；
• 广告展示、点击、刷新、加载结果等产品互动数据；
• 用于防止无效流量的诊断和安全信号。

Google 及其合作方可能基于广告个性化、衡量、受众研究和欺诈防范处理数据。部分合作方可能主张合法利益；你可以在同意消息的“管理选项”中查看和拒绝。

购买数据

高级版购买由 Apple 处理。我们只可能收到交易状态或收据验证所需的最小信息，不接收完整付款方式。

Apple ATT

在 iOS 要求时，本应用会先通过 ATT 说明请求使用广告标识符的授权。你可以拒绝；拒绝后仍可使用应用的非个性化广告和基本功能。

用途和法律依据

• 同意：在 EEA、英国和瑞士，基于你的同意展示个性化广告、测量广告效果并共享设备/广告标识符。
• 合法利益：Google 或合作方可能为防止欺诈和保障安全处理必要数据。
• 合同履行：处理购买状态以交付你购买的高级版权益。
• 法律义务：依法留存记录或响应法定请求。

共享、保留和跨境传输

数据接收方包括 Google、广告合作方、Apple 和为运营、安全、支付提供支持的服务商。我们不出售个人数据。保留期限不超过实现本政策所述目的所必需的时间，并受 Google/Apple 政策约束。服务可能涉及从你所在地区到其他国家/地区的传输；传输会依赖适当保障措施，例如 Google 的数据传输条款和欧盟委员会标准合同条款。

你的权利

在适用法律范围内，你有权访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理，撤回同意，以及向监管机构投诉。你可以通过系统设置重置广告标识符；在 EEA、英国和瑞士，可通过同意消息中的“管理选项”更改选择。行使权利时请提供应用名称和问题描述。

儿童

本应用不面向儿童，也不会明知收集儿童个人数据。如果你认为儿童提供了个人数据，请通过 Issues 联系，我们会删除不当数据。

我们可能在本页更新政策，重大变更会更新生效日期。继续使用应用表示你接受最新政策。

Summary. This policy explains how “Tarot: One Card Insight” handles data. The app does not require an account; card readings and preferences stay on your device by default. The app shows ads through Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform (UMP) and requests consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Lifetime purchases through Apple App Store are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Controller and contact. Developer of Tarot: One Card Insight. For privacy or data-subject requests, use the public GitHub Issues page: yipaiyiwu-privacy-policy Issues. Please do not post ID documents, precise location, or other unnecessary sensitive details.

Data processed. Local readings, history, and preferences stay on your device. Advertising and consent services may process device or advertising identifiers, SKAdNetwork conversion signals, device/OS/language/time-zone/coarse network data, ad interactions and loading outcomes, and anti-fraud diagnostics. Purchase services may process minimal transaction state. Where iOS requires it, the app uses ATT before accessing the advertising identifier; you may decline.

Purposes and bases. Processing occurs with consent for personalized advertising, measurement, audience research, and identifier sharing; legitimate interests where asserted by Google/partners for fraud and security; contract performance to deliver purchased features; and legal obligations.

Sharing, retention, transfers. Recipients include Google, advertising partners, Apple, and service providers supporting operations, security, and payments. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained no longer than necessary for the stated purposes under Google/Apple policies. Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards such as Google's data-transfer terms and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights. Where applicable, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator. You can reset the advertising identifier in system settings and change choices through “Manage options” in the consent message.

Children. The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data. Contact us through Issues to request deletion of inappropriate data.

Changes. This page may be updated; the effective date above will change with material updates.
